"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Hi =] - if you take a look at the information section on this page: [link] You'll find a load of information regarding the costume. Regretfully I can't recall what particular type of material the blue I used was but I'd say standard cotton works well enough to achieve a nice bold colour - aim for something not to thin keeping in mind it needs to be lined with black on the inside =]
